ATech’s Peterschlingmann Awarded Highly Commended at Women in Technology (WiT) Awards 

Highly Commended in the 2022 Professional Technology Leadership Category

Brisbane, Australia, 19 September, 2022 – ATech’s owner and Managing Director Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann has been awarded Highly Commended for the prestigious Professional Technology Leadership category at the 25th annual Women in Technology (WiT) Awards

Starting out as a web developer in 2007, Ms Peterschlingmann has grown Brisbane-based ATech to become a leading mission-critical cloud hosting and web development company with multimillion dollar revenues.

ATech’s local and international client list includes airlines, banks, government bodies and organisations in the transport, ICT, real estate, construction and healthcare sectors. 

Ms Peterschlingmann said, “I am thrilled to receive Highly Commended for the Professional Technology Leadership category and I am honoured to be acknowledged for my contribution to the industry.

As Managing Director, Ms Peterschlingmann has overall responsibility for ATech’s leadership, strategy, performance, legal and regulatory compliance, and daily operations.

Ms Peterschlingmann has hands-on experience in all aspects of digital technology including web development, cloud architecture, solution design, data analytics, user experience design, and security.

She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology majoring in Artificial Intelligence from Central Queensland University and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

The Professional Technology Leadership Award category recognises the value and contributions of female executive leaders to the success of both their organisation and the wider technology industry. 

Ms Peterschlingmann was among digital innovators, research champions, scientists, technologists and female entrepreneurs from across Australia that were shortlisted for the 25th annual Women in Technology (WiT) Awards.

This year’s competition attracted a record 500 nominations across 14 categories and 900 Guests. Winners were announced at Brisbane's Royal International Convention Centre on Friday 16 September 2022.
